Laura Marks - Founder

Laura brings a wealth of cross industry experience having worked for over 20 years in sectors such as health & wellbeing, sport and fitness, PR/Marketing, life & business coaching, publishing, TV/media, retail, fashion, property and finance.

Before diversifying into marketing, social media and content creation, she trained as an Aromatherapist and jewellery designer.  She is a photographic contributor for Getty Images and Shutterstock and loves to create original visual content.

Laura is passionate about working with brands that have a great vision and are invested in their growth.  She provides organic strategy and original ideas to boost brand awareness and maximise visual appeal across social media platforms.

Richard Brooks - Co Founder

As the co-founder of BB Creative Communications, Richard was an integral part and his vision was to continue providing top level PR based on experience gained over a 30 year period. 

Sadly and early, Richard passed away in 2022 after illness with leukaemia. His unique talent, skill and incredible personable nature will continue to underpin BB Creative values and we will ensure his legacy lives on whilst supporting Leukaemia UK in his memory.

Richard started his career at Browns and then worked with iconic names such as Lynne Franks, The British Fashion Council, ASOS and YSL Rive Gauche. He was a known name and face throughout his creative life and many will have worked with him over the years.

Hilary Freeman - Associate Writer

Hilary has been a journalist for almost 30 years, writing and editing for newspapers, magazines and websites, including The Guardian, Daily Mail and Daily Telegraph. She has also worked as a copywriter and content creator for commercial companies and for charities, sitting on the MS Society’s editorial board for 12 years.

 

She specialises in health/medicine, relationships/sex and social issues - but has also written about fashion, finance, travel and politics - and can turn her hand to everything from celebrity interviews to ghosting sensitive first persons, to opinion pieces, investigative stories and humorous articles. She’s skilled at turning dry, complex or technical information into engaging, clear copy for the lay reader.

 

When she’s not busy writing, she makes regular appearances on TV and radio discussing the news stories of the day. She occasionally lectures in journalism, and works as a consultant, training PRs. 

Dana Drigov - Associate Marketing

Dana is a full stack marketer providing marketing solutions from conception to execution for local and global brands.

 

She's an expert in building and driving demand by creating multichannel digital strategies, marketing strategies, and optimization methods while focusing on the optimal customer experience.

 

Dana is the co-founder of marketing unicorn brand Pineapple which specialises in demand & lead generation campaigns, as well as marketing strategies for B2B companies.

 

BB Creative are delighted to have Dana join as an expert marketing associate to help build and maximize marketing campaigns.
